AMREF Flying Doctors' 24 hour Control Centre is manned by qualified and highly experienced medical personnel at all times.

Based at Wilson Airport, Nairobi, staff in the Centre are responsible for providing emergency medical advice and arranging evacuations.

The Control Centre has satelite aircraft tracking.
